Code of Conduct
As members, contributors, and researchers of the SonexAI community, we pledge to make participation a harassment-free, respectful, and productive experience for everyone — regardless of experience level, background, or identity. We are a research-first community and we hold each other to high standards of conduct.
Expected Behavior
- —Be respectful and considerate in all interactions, on the forum and in Discord.
- —Give and accept constructive feedback gracefully.
- —Assume good intent and focus discussion on ideas, not individuals.
- —Keep technical discussion accurate; cite sources and share reproducible details.
- —Help newcomers get started and point them to the documentation.
Unacceptable Behavior
- —Harassment, hate speech, personal attacks, or discrimination of any kind.
- —Sharing another member's private information without consent.
- —Spam, scams, or unsolicited advertising.
- —Encouraging use of the software in ways that violate a game's terms of service.
- —Sustained disruption of discussions, events, or community spaces.
Research & Fair Use
- —SonexAI is shared for research and educational purposes.
- —Do not misrepresent the project or its results.
- —Respect the intellectual property of Riot Games and all third parties.
- —SonexAI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Riot Games or Valorant.
Enforcement
- —Community moderators are responsible for clarifying and enforcing these standards.
- —Reports are reviewed confidentially and in good faith.
- —Consequences range from a warning to a temporary or permanent ban.
- —Moderators who do not follow the code in good faith may face repercussions decided by the core team.
Reporting an issue
If you experience or witness behavior that violates this code, contact the moderation team. Once our Discord server launches, reports can also be sent to the moderators there. All reports are handled confidentially.
